DNA has become the science of exactness. There are no two DNAs exactly alike. Therefore, DNA makes certain an identity. Interestingly, Thomas Kinkade’s paintings have two signatures. One is his block signature; the other is his DNA signature. When he got his hair cut he took the clippings to a business which put it into the ink he used to sign his name. One can take a bit of the ink from his signature, have it tested, and it will show his DNA; proof that the painting is authentic. What is the Christian’s DNA? Peter probably gives it, “But like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior – You shall be holy, for I am holy” I Peter 1:15-16. Our behavior should show the DNA of Christ.
